We  acquire property to help homeless victims & Domestic abused victims living in temporary shelters, all donor regardless of the amount donated is a beneficiary on our trust for the property we acquire with the help of donors.

The Prophetic Foundation Project was design to locate and acquire debt free properties to be fixed up and give homeless victims a chance to have long term shelter as opposed to living from shelter to shelter.

 

 

The properties are maintained by our affiliate management company, and each home is supported by local churches and other nonprofit organizations to ensure that the occupant are well cared for.

 

 

Though we do not intend to charge for living in the home, however we do require each selected tenant to have a job or work from home as a customer service rep with one of our supporting company.

Our office coduct the evaluation and estimated cost of repairs while we partner with title companies to conduct the neceaaary title search before we make any offer to purchase the property.
