Patric'que "The Chef/Proprietor
Patric'que "The Chef better knows as Mr. Patrick Micklewhite is no ordinary chef and had has his share of hard times, but never gave up against all odds. Cooking started as a hobby and with the many request for his service his passion grows.
This multi-talented chef began his career as a certified electronic and computer repair tech then later began a graphic design and marketing business.
When he is not working or in the kitchen you can find him in the office working on his outreach ministry The Prophetic Foundation, praying for people by request or helping homeless victims with long term housing.
This gentle soul has been cooking for family, friends and church associates over 25 years and says he did not know that his passion for cooking would lead to a catering business.
His ultimate goal one day is to be able to open a restaurant with a virtual Caribbean island experience, look and feel for his clients, to give them virtual feel of being on a Caribbean vacation every time they enter his restaurant.
